Competitions

 

Miss: ages 17-24

  • Interview

    • Standing in front of a panel of judges​

    • 9 minutes and 30 seconds WITH 30 seconds for an optional closing statement

    • Wear professional attire. Business dresses are common, but are not required.

  • On-Stage Question

    • 20 second time limit​

  • Talent

    • 90 second time limit

    • Music must be emailed to our director PRIOR to pageant weekend

    • Can be anything! Baton, vocal, piano etc!​

  • Evening Gown

    • Wear your pageant, prom, or homecoming dress on stage for the judges!

    • These dresses tend to be floor length and complimented with nice earrings and heels.​

  • Fitness in Swim Wear 

    • You can wear a 1 OR 2 piece swimsuit.

    • You should try to wear heels to elongate your legs and jewelry that compliments your swimsuit color.

  • All miss contestants will also participate in an opening number dance; attire to be determined, but this is NOT scored.

Teens: ages 13-17

Note: if you are 17 and a HS senior, you are a miss. If you are 17 and a junior, you are a teen.

  • Interview

    • 90 second time limit

    • Music must be emailed to our director PRIOR to pageant weekend

    • Can be anything! Baton, vocal, piano etc!​

  • Evening Gown + On-Stage Question (combined score)

    • Wear your pageant, prom, or homecoming dress on stage for the judges!

    • These dresses tend to be floor length and complimented with nice earrings and heels.​

    • 20 second time limit for your answer

    • Be sure to be age-appropriate when choosing your gown.

  • Fitness in Aerobic Wear (NOT swimsuit; see images)

    • Think of 'fashionable gym attire'

    • You may wear a fitted tank top or a crop top.

    • Black cropped yoga pants and black sneakers are most popular on bottom. 

  • All teen contestants will also participate in an opening number dance; attire to be determined, but this is NOT scored.

Pre-Teens: ages 10-12

Note: pre-teens will NOT compete, but will instead participate for comments vs. scores.

  • Evening Gown + On-Stage Question (combined)

    • Wear a formal dress

    • These dresses tend to be floor length and complimented with nice earrings and heels.​

Note: princesses will NOT compete, but will participate in various elements of the show.​

  • Evening Gown + On-Stage Fun Chat (combined)

    • Wear a formal dress

    • These dresses tend to be floor length and complimented with nice earrings and heels.​

    • 20 second time limit for your answer; questions will be provided ahead of time

  • Casual Wear Modeling

    • Pick your favorite outfit from your closet and model it on our stage!

    • Music will be provided and you'll have about 30 seconds to work the stage!

  • All princess participants will also participate in an opening number dance; attire to be determined, but this is NOT scored.

  • Makeup is allowed, but we highly encourage you to be age-appropriate.
